The secretary maintains meeting attendance records and accurate records of motions voted on; transcribes these minutes and records and places one copy into a binder at the clubhouse or provides online access to all Board members; responsible for sending out notice of meetings; receive lists of managers and coaches by team from: 1) each division commissioner, 2) girls softball director, and 3) farm director by opening day.
