The coaching coordinator represents coaches and managers in the league. The coaching coordinator helps prepare coaches and managers for their responsibilities.
A Coaching Coordinator should be well-versed in several key areas to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role. These include a solid understanding of Little League rules and regulations, knowledge of player management duties, and familiarity with available training and education offerings. In addition to these foundational elements, the Coaching Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the league’s coaching staff. This includes providing manager and coach training and education on an annual basis, implementing a budget to support these efforts, and monitoring managers and coaches throughout the season to ensure compliance and performance standards are met. The Coaching Coordinator is also responsible for reporting any roster management issues to the Player Agent, helping to maintain organization and fairness within the league.
