The Marketing and Communications Director plays a vital role in leading Inwood Little League’s marketing and communication efforts across both Baseball and Softball programs. This position is responsible for enhancing the league’s visibility and ensuring consistent, effective communication through all channels. A key focus includes spearheading the league’s rebranding efforts, overseeing a full website redesign, and managing all social media initiatives to keep the community informed, connected, and engaged.
The director develops and executes a strategic marketing plan to promote league events, programs, and initiatives. They create and distribute engaging content through newsletters, press releases, and social media platforms, while also maintaining clear communication with parents, coaches, players, and volunteers throughout the year—pre-season, during the season, and post-season. As part of the rebranding, the director will lead the effort to modernize Inwood Little League’s image and ensure the redesigned website delivers a user-friendly, informative experience. They will work closely with web developers and content creators to provide timely updates and relevant information.
In addition, the Marketing and Communications Director will lead all social media efforts, creating and curating content, monitoring channels, responding to inquiries, and fostering an active, engaged online community that reflects the spirit and values of Inwood Little League.
