The Registration Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the local league’s registration process and reports directly to the League President. This includes setting up and managing both in-person and online registration programs, establishing registration dates, and securing appropriate locations. The director is also tasked with finalizing and distributing necessary registration materials, such as registration and medical forms, ensuring there are adequate supplies for each registration event. Additionally, the Registration Director works with League Members to process late registrations and collaborates with the Treasurer to manage any associated late fees. Once registration is complete, the director compiles the data into master lists for each league, providing these lists to Player Agents prior to evaluations while also accounting for any special player needs. A master roster, with supporting documentation, is then prepared for each team manager. Finally, the Registration Director finalizes the League Master Player Roster, obtains the League President’s signature, and ensures its timely submission to Little League Headquarters before the season begins.
