BASEBALL
The Winter Baseball Program is an indoor and outdoor instructional baseball program. This program is designed to help the players learn the fundamentals of baseball and/or refine their skills. The players will be broken up into workstations and will practice fielding, running, batting (in a batting cage) and pitching. The instructors are comprised of league coaches (volunteers and parents).
Dates: Oct 5th to Feb 2014.
SATURDAYS, 9am-1pm
Session 1: Ages 5-11 years old, Saturdays, 9am -11am
Session 2: Ages 12-16 yrs old, Saturdays, 11am -1pm
Cost: $100
BASKETBALL
The program will be run as a clinic where kids will learn and practice basketball fundamentals. They will also form teams and play games.
Dates: Oct 5th to Feb 2014.
